As mentioned in the 'yes-no' lesson, there is no one expression in Chinese that can cover all ‘yes’ or ‘no’ situations. You will need to use specific words to express a specific context.
if you want to say that you can't do something, used the expression 'keyi'. If you cannot do something, then used expression 'bukeyi'.
What will happen if you want to ask a question in the form of , 'Can you ... " ? Put the two phrases together: 'keyibukeyi ...?'.
